Joy Searles has been with the Duke University Global Education Office for Undergraduates since 2000. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a B.A. in French. Prior to working at Duke, she taught French at a private school for 13 years and traveled annually with her students to Europe during that time.
