Fall 2012 Fees
The cost for this program includes Duke tuition plus the Glasgow program fee. Fees are subject to change.
Duke tuition: $21,154
Program fee: $1,400
Total paid to Duke: $22,554
The fees above cover:
- tuition
- accommodations
- the London orientation program
- program-sponsored activities
- stipend to be used towards meals and/or other costs.
The following are some of the expenses not covered by the program:
- airfare to and from Glasgow
- local transportation (bus, subway, etc.)
- meals (food and beverages are not included except in the case of program-sponsored excursions)
- passports and visas
- accident and health insurance (adequate coverage overseas is required of all participants)
- books and other course-related materials
- independent travel and entertainment
Financial Aid
Financial Aid at Duke is applicable for study abroad. Federal financial aid is fully portable. A budget issued by the Office of Financial Aid for the Duke in Glasgow program can be found on the program brochure page. Please note that certain costs such as for meals, airfare, and living expenses vary significantly from one student to another.
